Keeping the customer front and center

NEW
OPPORTUNITIES

Strategic Services, a new division of Member Services, has been created under the leadership of Jason Thaw, Vice President. The group seeks to align future opportunities with customer needs and sustainability.

LISTENING TO
OUR CUSTOMERS
Healthix will rely on our Clinical and Population Health Committees, and a newly developed focus group, to provide guidance, direction and identify value to propel new services and solutions forward.

RESEARCH
OPPORTUNITIES
Recent changes in NYS Policy now make it possible for researchers to access and utilize Healthix data for research projects. With 10 years of data, available on 17 million patients, the future potential is exciting.
