Long Island-based Advantage Care Diagnostic and Treatment Center (DTC), a facility providing ambulatory health services, remains true to its goal of offering a comforting, personalized patient experience – even amid the pandemic. Advantage Care points to Healthix’ COVID-19 Alerts and our modified telehealth workflow, as essential supports in their continued delivery of medical and mental/behavioral health care services, when in-person visits were limited.

We are excited to welcome Colleen Russell, MSN, RN-BC, who joined Healthix on October 19. Colleen will help to restructure the Customer Experience team and brings a wealth of experience in health information technology, informatics, and clinical nursing. We wish our colleague of three years, Joan Carney-Clark, a fond farewell and the best of luck in her new endeavors. Joan joins the team at Morris Heights Health Center, a large Bronx FQHC expanding into Brooklyn.
